Outer Banks Fun Fair

Kick-off your summer vacation in style by popping by one of the most entertaining events of the season which also benefits a fantastic cause – the 5th Annual Soundside FunFair. This multi-day event creates a good old-fashioned carnival atmosphere along the waterfront in Nags Head with a wealth of activities and attractions that are sure to leave everyone smiling.

Throughout the evening, visitors can enjoy all the sights, sounds, and smells of a beach carnival through a series of rides and vendors that will keep everyone engaged. The 5th Annual Soundside FunFair will have about a dozen carnival rides which includes a giant Ferris wheel that offers unparalleled views of the local shoreline, as well as plenty of games and concessions.

Dive into big helpings of cotton candy, chicken-on-a-stick, funnel cakes, and more, or test your skills at classic carnival games found throughout the Soundside Event Site. Best of all, proceeds from the Soundside FunFair go to benefit the Children & Youth Partnership for Dare County (CYP), which means that the evening of fun benefits a very worthy cause.

Admission and parking are free. All you can ride wristbands are $25 each. Single tickets are $1.25 each or 20 tickets for $20. Games take cash only. Food vendors accept cash or credit card.
