The Irish Buck Cocktail is a twist on the Moscow Mule, that uses Irish Whiskey instead of Vodka. This is a perfect St. Patty’s Day drink since it has only 4 ingredients, so you can mix up as many as you want.
There is also a variation of the recipe called the Irish Doe, where you can add pomegranate juice or liqueur to the mix.
- 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Muddle fresh mint leaves in a glass or a copper mug.
- Add Whiskey, Ginger Beer, and juice from half a lime.
- Add Ice to fill the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and/or fresh mint leaves.
