An easy and stunning way to start your Holiday table is to bring these colors of your garden inside. It should be easy for you to find a few nearby and can create a stunning fall centerpiece.
Chrysanthemums – Come in shades of orange, red, yellow, peach, pink and white. They can be found in a variety of sizes which makes it easy to pick some to complement a vase that you already have on hand, and any other flowers you are looking to place them with.
Pansies – These cheerful blooms bring the holiday spirit to any Thanksgiving gathering. Pansies also happen to be edible and can also be used to add color to your thanksgiving salads, drinks & cakes. They are available in a wide variety of colors and patterns, it should not be hard to pick some to compliment your Thanksgiving décor. Cut the stems off just above the first set of leaves and place them in your vase amongst the other flowers and greenery.
Celosias – One of the most striking flowers you can find in gardens during Fall, celosias can be the feature of your flower arrangement centerpiece. You will only need a few as their height and their brightness make them stand out. They’re also a wonderful option to add to a bouquet if you’re looking for a seasonal gift.
Black-eyed Susans – These cherry-colored flowers bloom for weeks with very little care. Their lemon-yellow color adds a vibrance to a centrepiece arrangement. Due to their ability to thrive in most zones, they are widely available and should be a staple in any fall arrangement.
