Azalea Festival Chefs’ Showcase on January 27, 2024!
The Chefs’ Showcase is a seated culinary adventure consisting of a 5-course meal with fine wine pairings, light entertainment, high-end silent auction items, and a luxury vacation raffle. Notable chefs from our region (and beyond!) work together to prepare the dishes…they always cook up something exciting!
The Chefs’ Showcase is presented by LM Restaurants Family of Brands which incorporates local restaurants such as Bluewater Waterfront Grill and the Oceanic at the Crystal Pier.
Event tickets can be purchased individually or by table. By purchasing a table of eight tickets you receive two Airlie Luncheon Garden Party Tickets per table. Click the Event Tickets link for more information and to purchase.
The Chefs’ Showcase event is hosted by the beautiful Hotel Ballast on the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington.
Each year a vacation raffle is offered with a new and fun destination!

As I grew older, I became interested in that wonderful ability of how food brings people together. Today I find being able to support the small farmers in my area has been tremendously rewarding.
