The Hugh Morton Amphitheater at Wilmington, NC’s Greenfield Lake Park once again brings top flight musical and theatrical entertainment to the area.
The popular outside venue has recently undergone a $1.2 million dollar renovation expanding the stage cover, adding new concession and restroom buildings as well as new landscaping.
The venue’s capacity is 1,000 people and is handicapped accessible.
Greenfield Park itself offers a great way to spend any day of the year outdoors with family and friends so come early and enjoy this beautiful park!
With 250 acres, Greenfield Park is one of the best spots for outside activities. Located next to Greenfield Lake, it features 2 unlit tennis courts, the Greenfield Grind skate park, outdoor amphitheater, boat rentals, and a beautiful 5 mile biking/walking trail through gorgeous lush gardens. Other park amenities include restroom facilities, water fountains, playgrounds, open space, shelters, picnic areas, grills, concession stand, lighted facilities, passive area, and of course planting beds.
